A classic 16th century design replicating the tile works of the Mamluk Rug. The Mamluk Dynasty commissioned these rugs to have classical Islamic geometric ornamentation, and many were patterned after the highly detailed tiles produced around the 1600's. Handspun of natural wool and dyes.
